UNHCR is an Intergovernmental Organisations which serves as a global refugee agency. In 2020, the Hong Kong base of UNHCR appointed MEMO+ for the yearly PR agency to advise strategies and tactics for their key events such as Refugee Day and Refugee Film Festival. Successful media coverage has raise public attention on refugee issues.
